Continue with the Google account connected to your Hub invitation. If you cannot access that Google account, recover it with Google first.

For an invitation or staff authenticator issue, contact your Charity Charge administrator. Signing in again does not bypass staff verification.
Access is limited to invited nonprofit teams and authorized Charity Charge staff. No card or bank information is stored in The Hub.
